At The Spa

Bliss Spa is located on the top floors of the W Hotel in West Kowloon. The Yasumichi Morita-designed space defies wellness-facility stereotypes by injecting fun and vibrancy into an establishment that specializes in results-driven treatment.  

From the spa’s own brownie buffet to the whimsically-named treatments on the menu, Bliss Spa injects a sense of levity to the spa experience. FACILITIEs

Bliss Spa is part of three floors’ worth of wellness facilities at the W Hong Kong. The 72nd floor houses the spa’s nine treatment rooms, and the 73rd floor is home to both the gym and the heat and water facilities such as the heated vitality pool, sauna, and steam room.

Up on the 76th floor is the luxurious rooftop pool and whirlpool, which are often included in packages and day passes offered by the spa. The pool is considered the highest outdoor skyline swimming pool in Hong Kong. Both the pool and the 73rd floor facilities can be accessed by spa guests, depending on their packages and treatments of choice.

The treatment rooms include two romantic “BIP” private suites for use by couples. These suites come with amazing views, private soaking pools, and an array of luxurious facial and body treatment packages for two, which can change depending on the season.

Bliss Spa’s Nail Bar has an amazing view of Kowloon and an array of elegant amenities such as plush furniture for pedicures and a conveyor belt carrying the spa’s products for hands and feet. Books and movies are also available for guests while they wait for their treatments. 

SIGNATURE TREATMENTs

Among the signature treatments provided at Bliss Spa is the brand’s famous Triple Oxygen Facial, which lasts for 60 minutes. The facial treatment includes a special peel as well as a wrap and a special spray that’s infused with oxygen to reveal radiant skin.

Another popular treatment is the Blissage, where a full body massage is combined with a warm foot wrap and a leg rub. This treatment is a favorite for travelers and commuters who spend long stretches of time on their feet, especially when walking long distances.

For a different massage experience, the Japanese Soapstone Healing Massage combines Eastern and Western modalities using heated soapstones for relaxing tense muscles. Sessions can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes, ensuring deep rest and relaxation throughout the treatment.

The spa also offers different types of “detox” massages that promise to get rid of toxic elements from the body. Gym passes can be booked as well, where guests can sign up for personalized training sessions followed by infratherapy sessions with the Vital Dome and access to the heat and water facilities. Certain treatments such as those for slimming and anti-aging may require multiple treatments. These treatments can be bought in bundles where multiple sessions are pre-booked, with one complimentary session included in pre-payment.

The comprehensive “Poetic Waxing” menu covers every kind of hair removal possible, from eyebrow threading and nose hair removal to comprehensive Brazilian bikini waxes. Waxing services are available for both men and women, and prices depend on the intimate nature of the waxing area.

Seasonal packages are often available at Bliss Spa, including packages for birthday celebrations, couples’ celebrations, and even afternoon tea. Packages can also include special spa meals, complimentary bottles of champagne, and access to the rooftop pool and heat and water facilities.

Bliss Spa is located at the 72nd floor of the W Hotel in West Kowloon, facing the waterfront. The location is also within a short distance from the International Commerce Centre and the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.
