What is the Best Time to Heliservices Hong Kong? 

• It is ideal to experience Heliservices between December and February when the weather is pleasant and sunny and the clearing is great. 

What are Heliservices Hong Kong’s Opening and Closing Time? 

• Daily departures are available from around 9 AM until just before sunset. There are no night‐time flights scheduled. Passengers are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time for a safety briefing. 

What is the Distance of Heliservices Hong Kong from City Center (Kowloon or Central)? 

• Launching from the Peninsula Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, the helipad is centrally located in Kowloon, a couple of minutes from Hong Kong Central. 
• For private passenger charters, they also operate from the Business Aviation Centre at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), an hour away from Hong Kong Central. 

Is Heliservices Hong Kong Kid-friendly?  

• Yes, but children must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and guests under two years are not permitted for safety reasons. 

Is Heliservices Hong Kong Elderly-friendly? 

• Yes, Heliservices offers assistance boarding and disembarking. Previous passengers have noted thoughtful and gentle care for those needing help. 

What are the Other Inclusions You Can Get from Heliservices Hong Kong? 

Depending on your preferred service, guests may enjoy luxurious add-ons such as spa treatments, scenic customized routes (e.g. Geopark or Lion Rock), yacht or chauffeur transfers, and VIP photography services. 

Certain premium packages, like “Fly & Tea” or “Fly & Dine”, include afternoon tea or lunch/dinner at The Peninsula following the flight.

Airport Transfers 

• Heliservices provides exclusive VIP helicopter transfers through The Peninsula Hotel’s China Clipper Lounge (30th floor) to the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), including access via the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC). This all-inclusive service covers chartering the helicopter (up to 6 passengers) plus luggage handling.

Cross-border Transfers to Macau 

• A direct helicopter transfer is also available from The Peninsula to the Macau Business Aviation Centre.

Lion Rock is a famous landmark in Hong Kong. On this journey, you can see this mighty lion and the thriving scene of Kowloon City. Flying across Hong Kong Island, passing Central and The Peak, the central business district of Hong Kong, you will experience the beauty of the beaches and fishing villages in the southern part of Hong Kong Island and take in the famous Ocean Park too!

Beyond Hong Kong Experience 

Passing by Tolo Harbour towards Double Haven marine park, a scene of nature and traditional fishing villages, we arrive at a gateway between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, the Yantian Port.  The tour will then continue west along the border, passing Sha Tau Kok, one of the settlements in the Frontier Closed Area. Following the Sham Chun River and passing the Lo Wu Port, we can see across the border fence is the thriving city scene of Shen Zhen. On our return, the plane will pass the iconic ‘Lion Rock’ and complete this ultimate experience by landing at The Peninsula Hong Kong hotel.
