Rooms

All rooms come with a feather bed and duvet, along with 24-hour room service and TVs with premium movie channels. Ensuite marble bathrooms come with separate showers and bathtubs, and complimentary use of a coffee and tea machine is included.

Rooms and suites at the Club level on the 118th floor have exclusive access to the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, a cozy “hotel-within-a-hotel” for guests. The panoramic views of the Club Lounge are complimented with free-flowing food and drink from breakfast to early evening, with each culinary presentation showcasing Hong Kong’s iconic food and drinks.

Club level rooms can also enjoy the services of a dedicated concierge that can make reservations and book tickets to desired attractions. There are also special in-room amenities that also include turndown service with a special sleep mist for linens.

The most spectacular room at the hotel is the harbor-facing Ritz-Carlton Suite, measuring approximately 415 sqm with floor-to-ceiling soundproof windows and two private bedrooms for up to 4 people. The non-smoking suite has its own living area, dining room, study, and walk-in closet, and one of the suite’s 2.5 bathrooms has its own whirlpool tub.

Toscana di Angelo, on the 102nd floor, pairs spectacular views with the creations of Chef Angelo Agliano. Now running his own acclaimed establishment at the Ritz-Carlton, Chef Angelo now turns out inventive spins on ingredients like Wagyu beef and Mediterranean lobster, not to mention an a la carte menu of decadent meat-free dishes.

Both Café 103 and The Lounge & Bar offer buffets at different parts of day, with The Lounge & Bar offering an all-you-can-eat breakfast and Café 103 serving guests for lunch and dinner. True to Hong Kong tradition, guests can also enjoy afternoon tea at both establishments, and The Lounge & Bar even serves cocktails.

Then there’s OZONE, billed as the highest rooftop bar in the world. Guests have the choice to dine and mingle at either the outdoor terrace or the indoor bar. Kids from 9 years old and below are eligible for the Ritz Kids program, especially those staying with their family in any of the sea-view suites. The program includes Club Lounge access for kids between 6:30 am to 8:00 pm as well as an in-suite tent and special activities. Getting There

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel is located within the International Commerce Centre in West Kowloon, with the lobby located at the 102nd floor of the building. The building itself is within a short distance of the West Kowloon Cultural District and the M+ Museum, with Tsim Sha Tsui not too far away and the attractions of Hong Kong Island accessible by bridge.
